The Platinum Collection is our most comprehensive package, designed with your dog’s emotional well-being at the forefront. We don’t just chaperone your dog; we curate their entire day to ensure they are as relaxed as you are.

This package includes extended time before and after the event, making it the ideal choice for dogs who might need a little extra help settling into a busy environment.

This package is perfect if:

  • Your dog is high-energy or anxious and needs time to decompress before performing their duties.

  • You want a truly personalised experience, including bespoke keepsakes and goody bags.

  • You want the reassurance of an extended “stay-and-settle” service at home after the wedding, so your dog isn’t left alone immediately.

The Platinum Collection adds that extra touch of magic, including a 60-minute pre-arrival session and a 60-minute post-wedding settle.

The Preparation

  • Initial Consultation: A free courtesy call and Zoom introduction to design your dog’s perfect day.

  • The “Sniff & Greet”: A dedicated visit from your qualified behaviourist within two months of the wedding to build trust and familiarity.

On The Wedding Day

  • VIP Chauffeur: We collect your pooch from your home or boarder.

  • The “Calm & Connect” Session: We arrive 60 minutes before the ceremony (double the standard time). This allows for a dedicated enrichment session—using brain games and sniffing activities—to burn off nervous energy so they are calm when the guests arrive.

  • Wedding Attire: Tidy up and dressing with our Flower or Bow tie accessories.

  • Ceremony & Photos: Up to 2 hours of participation, covering the guest arrival, the ceremony (Ring Bearer/Best Man duties), and the official photographs.

  • The Platinum Extras: Your dog receives a Goody Bag and you receive a Personalised Wedding Keepsake to remember their contribution.

  • Surprise Present: A special gift from your pooch to you.

The Post-Event Care

  • Safe Return: We drive your dog back to safety once photos are done.

  • Extended Settle Service: We stay for 60 minutes at your home (or drop-off location). This gives us time for a proper feed, play, and a long cuddle to ensure they are completely relaxed before we leave.

  • Pupdates: Frequent photo and text updates throughout the day.

A Typical “Platinum” Timeline

Timings are flexible to suit your day.

  1. 11:30 AM: We collect your dog from home/boarders.

  2. 12:00 PM: Enrichment Hour: We arrive at the venue early. We spend 30-40 minutes doing scent work and calming exercises away from the bustle.

  3. 12:45 PM: Guest Arrival: Your dog is now calm, dressed, and ready to welcome guests or take their place for the ceremony.

  4. 1:30 PM: The Ceremony: Your dog performs their role (e.g., Ring Bearer) with confidence.

  5. 2:15 PM: Photos: We manage the dog during family portraits and confetti shots.

  6. 3:00 PM: We depart the venue.

  7. 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: The Long Settle: Back at home, we feed your dog their dinner, play some games, and ensure they are fast asleep before we lock up.
